Rakesh Ranjan Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Adhyyan Defence Academy, bringing exceptional expertise in physics education and comprehensive teaching experience across multiple prestigious educational platforms. With his strong academic foundation from NIT Jamshedpur and over 5 years of dedicated teaching experience, he has shaped the academic journey of thousands of students.

His diverse teaching portfolio spans across India's leading educational institutions, including Unacademy, where he served as Faculty of Physics for nearly 2 years, impacting students nationwide. His expertise in defence preparation was honed at Atma Malik NDA Preparatory Academy and Samarpan Career Institute Jaipur, while his proficiency in competitive exam preparation was demonstrated at Avanti Learning Centres, specializing in JEE and NEET physics.

With his M.Tech degree from the prestigious NIT Jamshedpur, Rakesh combines technical excellence with innovative teaching methodologies.
