Fee Refund Policy — Adhyyan Defence Academy
At Adhyyan Defence Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may prevent you from completing your course or attending our classes. Our refund policy ensures transparency, fairness, and timely processing of all genuine refund requests.
1. Withdrawal from the Course
If you withdraw before the course begins, ₹1000 will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded. If you withdraw after commencement, refunds will be provided as per Annexure A.
2. Cancellation of the Course
If Adhyyan Defence Academy cancels a course, all enrolled students will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.
3. Absence from Classes
No refund will be given if a student is absent for any reason.
4. Suspension or Expulsion
No refund will be provided if a student is suspended or expelled for disciplinary reasons.
5. Medical Reasons
A partial refund may be granted upon submission of a valid medical certificate. Each case will be reviewed individually.
6. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid supporting documents. Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
