Throughout my academic life, from schooling to M.Tech from NIT Jamshedpur, I have experienced several good and bad in society and the educational arena. Being part of society, I saw several loopholes in the traditional Indian Education system and I feel, it’s my responsibility to fulfill the gap by imparting quality education. I believe that my dream is slowly turning into reality in the form of Adhyyan.

And to make the study easier and more effective, as COO of the institute, I render every effort to keep the “Right Thing in the Right Place”. My aim is to empower society through quality education that helps students not only to achieve a good academic career of their interest but also to inculcate responsibilities towards society. As a COO, I look after each and every activity to maintain the optimum standards of the academy to maintain brand equity and to emerge as the best academy in India.

I thank all for believing in ADHYYAN family. Being born in Nalanda(Bihar) once the hub of intellectuals in ancient India in a middle class family always knowing the importance of education. I believe that every girls and boys in India has the fundamental right to quality education as it will build the great society and nation.
Since my young age I had a passion of teaching and that brings me here. After completing my technical education (MTech) from NIT Jamshedpur I got into teaching for IIT/NEET with reputed institute in India. Along with other two likeminded educators and friends I founded Adhyyan which caters students need in study and overall upliftment in their life.
Here at Adhyyan we focus students/cadets development not only academically but in every dimension. Each and every lecture is planned to make sure that the content delivered is standard, complete and finished in stipulated time. The concept at Adhyyan is not only to teach for Entrance Exams but also for Board exams. Every effort is made to make the concepts crystal clear to the student. I believe success never comes overnight, it is a result of perfection, hard work and learning from failures. As a CFO my role is that to manage and optimize the fund to ensure the smooth functioning.

I am thrilled to share with you the story of Adhyyan Institute of Learning “NDA” Academy, which was founded with a vision to provide quality education blended with human values. As someone who was born and raised in the remote foothills of Northeastern Himalayan, I understand the importance of education in one’s life.
I was fortunate to have met two of my dear friends and colleagues, Mr. Sudhir Kumar Mahato and Rakesh Ranjan, at our former workplace. Together, we shared a common dream of creating an institution that would provide education in all colors of human values. And thus, Adhyyan was born.
Today, I am proud to say that our dream is slowly becoming a reality. Adhyyan is one of the fastest-growing academies in the region, providing quality education with moral and ethical values. It brings me immense joy to see that people from remote areas are joining us and benefiting from the quality of education we offer at an affordable cost.
As the co-founder and CTO, I am responsible for ensuring a balance between work and the welfare of “My Team”. I also oversee the assignment of work and monitor the progress of the work. I am grateful to have such a dedicated team that shares the same passion for education and human values.
