Cadets Rules and Regulations in Hostel

• Cadets must always maintain discipline and decorum within the hostel premises.
• All cadets must attend the morning training session and evening sports period without fail.
• Attendance for breakfast, lunch, Nasta and dinner is mandatory, and cadets should be punctual.
• Cadets must keep their rooms always clean and tidy.
• Any damage to the hostel property must be reported immediately to the hostel superintendent.
• Cadets must switch off lights and fans before leaving the room.
• The use of electronic gadgets is restricted within the hostel premises without the authorisation of superintendent.
• Smoking, drinking, or any form of substance abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Cadets must follow the hostel timings strictly.
• Visitors are not allowed inside the hostel premises.
• Loud music, shouting, and making noise is strictly prohibited.
• Cadets must take prior permission from the hostel superintendent before leaving the campus.
• Cadets must always wear the hostel dress code (If any).
• Cadets must adhere to the food menu and cannot demand special food.
• Cadets must not tamper with the fire alarms, fire extinguishers, or other fire-fighting equipment.
• Any medical emergency should be reported immediately to the hostel superintendent.
• Cadets must attend all the classes without fail.
• Any unauthorized absence will be treated as a violation of hostel rules.
• Cadets must not indulge in any activities that may disturb other cadets.
• Hostel fees should be paid on time without fail.
• Cadets must not bring any outsiders to the hostel.
• Cadets must not damage the hostel property or any other belongings of fellow cadets.
• Cadets must not disturb the hostel staff during their duty hours.
• Any medical issue must be reported to the hostel superintendent immediately.
• Cadets must follow the fire safety norms and evacuation procedures in case of a fire.
• Cadets must not switch off any electrical equipment of the hostel without permission from the hostel superintendent.
• Cadets must not indulge in any violent or criminal activity within the hostel premises.
• Cadets must not keep any weapons, explosives, or any other dangerous items in the hostel.
• Cadets must follow the dress code and always maintain personal hygiene.
• Both male and female Cadets must not use the dining tables of each other.
• Mosquito net is compulsory for all cadets.
