As a faculty member of Physics, my approach and responsibility are to ensure that teaching and learning are conducted with full commitment, ensuring that all our students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. I’ve found that excellence in education is not accidental; it’s a continuous process that requires effort and dedication. Just like in any field, in physics, we must pay the price in accordance with our desires for success.
I believe that creativity is paramount for success, especially in the future. In primary education, it’s crucial for teachers to nurture creativity in students, as it fosters innovation and critical thinking. My experience has taught me that we should never compromise our originality to conform to others’ perceptions. Each individual has a unique role to play, and no one can fulfill that role better than oneself.
During my tenure as a physics teacher, spanning more than a decade, I’ve continuously enjoyed my academic journey with enthusiasm and passion. I’ve learned that learning is a lifelong process, extending until our last breath. Therefore, we should never cease our pursuit of knowledge.
I value myself as much as I value my students. It’s important to cultivate forgiveness, lend a helping hand to others, refrain from harming anyone, and maintain a positive outlook. These qualities not only enrich our personal lives but also contribute to a harmonious society.

I am Abhishek Sharma, a GS Lecturer and Examination Expert with over 6 years of experience at Adhyyan Defence Academy. As a Controller of Examination, I understand the importance of a strong foundation in General Studies for students aspiring to join the defense forces through the UPSC NDA examination.
My role at Adhyyan Defence Academy is to provide students with a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of General Studies subjects. I aim to inspire and motivate students by sharing my knowledge and experience, and by designing and delivering effective teaching methodologies. My goal is to help students develop a deep understanding of the concepts and theories of General Studies, which will not only help them in the UPSC NDA examination but also in their future careers.
As an Examination Expert, I am responsible for ensuring the integrity of the examination process. I design examination papers, set the rules and regulations, and ensure that the examination process is fair and transparent.
I believe that education is not just about academics but also about developing a student’s overall personality. My approach to teaching includes fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions, explore new ideas, and challenge themselves.
I am passionate about my job, and I am committed to helping students achieve their dreams of joining the defense forces. I believe that with the right guidance and support, every student can achieve their goals.
